Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of a major project against programme, budget and quality targets
  • Lead site teams, consultants and a vetted network of subcontractors
  • Chair coordination, risk and progress reviews with the client
  • Drive HSE and quality compliance across all packages

Requirements

  • 12+ years in GCC construction, 5+ as Project Manager
  • Track record delivering AED 300M+ vertical or mixed-use projects
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PMP preferred
  • Fluent English; Arabic an advantage

Site Engineer (Structures)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise reinforced concrete and post-tensioned structural works
  • Manage setting-out, inspection requests and quality records
  • Coordinate labour, plant and materials against the look-ahead programme
  • Enforce method statements and HSE controls on site

Requirements

  • 5+ years on structural works in the GCC
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of concrete works and authority inspection processes
  • SCE registration (or eligibility) preferred

Interior Design Lead

  • Lead design development from concept through to construction detailing
  • Coordinate with joinery and stone production facilities on buildability

  • Review shop drawings, mock-ups and samples for quality sign-off

Requirements

  • 8+ years in high-end hospitality or residential interior design
  • Strong portfolio of delivered five-star fit-out projects
  • Proficiency in design and detailing software; FF&E experience
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

QA/QC Engineer

  • Develop and implement project quality plans and ITPs
  • Conduct inspections and manage non-conformance close-out
  • Maintain quality records and prepare handover documentation
  • Liaise with the client and authority on quality approvals

Requirements

  • 5+ years in QA/QC on civil or infrastructure projects
  • Degree in Civil Engineering; ISO 9001 lead-auditor an advantage
  • Knowledge of GCC authority specifications and testing regimes
  • Strong documentation and reporting discipline
