Al Saif Royal Villas is a private gated community of 48 signature residences in north Riyadh, conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Najdi courtyard architecture. Nexus Build executed all enabling works, structures, premium finishes and landscape packages, including bespoke gypsum carving and locally quarried Riyadh stone facades.
