Project Overview
Meridian One redefines the Business Bay skyline with a 62-storey Grade-A office tower wrapped in a high-performance unitised facade. Nexus Build delivered the project under a design & build contract, self-performing the post-tensioned structure and coordinating over 40 specialist packages through a fully federated BIM model. The tower achieved LEED Gold certification and was handed over three weeks ahead of programme.
